A cozy and inviting improvisational jam performed with nothing but a very old, beat up lap steel guitar, a loop pedal, a microphone, and digital reverb applied afterwards. The jam was recorded in one take and the only edits made were the application of effects and to split the record into eight tracks. Later, a remaster added several more effects and helped normalize the volume. There may be imperfections in the sound, and the lyrics may be rough as hell, but we strongly believe that the purity of improvisation helps showcase not only the soul of the artist behind it, but the absolute joy of free expression from moment to moment. A raw, fragmented stream-of-consciousness journey through a mind in a state of turmoil and cognitive dissonance.
